-

Every second station is a Reformer Pilates exercise, and each alternating station is either a body weight exercise, or uses equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, the fit ball, box, or band. This class is designed you increase your heart rate and improve your fitness, and each exercise has been designed with this in mind. In the studio we do a lot of Reformer Pilates classes, and other resistance training-based classes, and this session has been developed to give you the cardio workout you might be looking for.

Double Up
-
It’s Pilates on Pilates! Feel the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates, and experience the beauty and benefits of Mat work. Much of the terminology between these types of Pilates is the same and in other respects these two disciplines are chalk and cheese. At the studio we are passionate about exposing you to different exercises modalities and strengthening your body in as many ways we can, and our Double Up class is just another way we do this.
Zen Slow Flow
-
While many of our studio classes offer varied intensities, we understand the importance of overall wellness, which involves taking moments to stretch, breathe, operate at a gentler pace, recover, and be mindful. Enter Zen Slow Flow, a fusion of unhurried yoga movements and Reformer Pilates stretching exercises designed to enhance mobility and flexibility.

Some exercises are simple, some are a bit more interesting, and after the session you will never look at a fit ball the same way again. All exercises can be made either harder or easier, so it's suitable for everyone. If you are thinking this session might be a bit fluffy and easy, you might need to think again! It is definitely not beyond you - just make sure you know it's a workout! It's not a boring old core stability and balance session. The session also uses some weights and a mat so please come along with an open mind and a determined attitude!
Athletica
-
Athletica is a blend of Reformer Pilates and our Intervals classes. Picture spending 5 minutes on the Reformer, followed by 4 minutes of brief, intense, dynamic exercises conducted under the Tabata protocol—this involves a 20-second exercise burst followed by a 10-second rest, repeated 8 times. Throughout the 8 intervals, you'll engage in various exercises aimed at elevating your heart rate and enhancing power and fast-twitch muscle fibre activation. The session is overall swift, effective, and attainable. It injects the fitness aspect that might be occasionally missing in a Pilates setting.
Lift
-
This session is a perfect blend of Reformer and weight training, carefully curated with exercises that cater to all fitness levels and experiences. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, everyone can truly benefit from this well-rounded workout.
Elevate
-
Our Elevate class is a fusion of Jump Board Reformer Pilates and strength training, mostly using the weight bars. So why Elevate? Elevate means to lift, and you’ll be doing plenty of that! You will elevate your heart rate through the use of the jump board, and perhaps most importantly of all you will elevate your mood!
Streamline

The exercises selected for these sessions are specifically geared towards significantly enhancing your body shape.
Total Body Conditioning
-
Resistance training is critical to our health for a multitude of reasons. It elevates our metabolism, results in improved strength and muscular endurance, improves posture and core stability, and increases bone density. Lifting weights is the foundation of fat loss and the greatest long-term solution for losing body fat and keeping it off. On top of that resistance training increases the production of collagen and other anti-aging hormones. Total Body Conditioning is a strength-based class where we work through a well-balanced full body resistance training workout, using barbells as the main piece of equipment. You will feel great when you are doing the class and feel even better when you finish!
Balance
-
In the Balance class, we allocate 50% of your time to the Reformer Pilates machine and the remaining 50% to exercises featuring a Fit Ball, alongside props like exercise bars and dumbbells. These diverse, enjoyable, and effective exercises often come with a satisfying level of challenge. In line with our philosophy of low-impact workouts that offer ample intensity for substantial progress, the Balance session is designed to be safer, smarter, and more sensible. This approach consistently delivers superior results compared to higher-impact alternatives.
Prana
-
Prana means "Life Energy", or "Life Force", and this class combines Reformer Pilates with yogainspired movements designed to challenge and improve your strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Perhaps you don't consider yourself to be a "yoga person"? Well, you might be converted after this! At the end of the day, everything we do at the studio is exercise and movement and it’s all valuable. You are encouraged to attend this class with an open mind and be excited about putting your body through some different movements. The yoga sequences flow from one exercise to the next, and incorporate elements of resistance training, cardio intervals, and core work. Find the balance between strength, mobility, core stability, and fitness.
Intervals
-
Many people say they want to become fit and toned. Being toned means decreasing body fat and maintaining your muscle mass which reveals the tone. The problem with long bouts of cardio is that it chews away your muscle mass, therefore leaving you less toned (think about the difference in body shape between a marathon runner and a 200m sprinter). Intervals is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session which is a sharp, fast-paced class, working in short bursts of intense work followed by brief rests. It is designed to increase your heart rate and increase fitness while maximising fat burning which will leave you looking and feeling amazing.
Strength Circuit
-
Imagine this: There are 12 strength-based exercises in a circuit, and you will work your way around the full circuit, 3 times. Each exercise goes for 40 seconds, and there's a 30-second transition to the next exercise. After one full round you take a 90-second break, and then go again. Strength Circuit is a slightly slower-paced class where you are encouraged to work on your strength and lift weights that may be little heavier than what you are used to. Some of the exercises are on the Reformer Pilates machine, however most are not. Circuits are traditionally fun and interesting due to the way you rotate around the room and use many different types of equipment along with a variety of exercises. You will be using bars, dumbbells, the fit ball, benches, the TRX strap, and more! This is a very safe session suitable for anyone and it will complement and improve the rest of your weekly exercise regime.
Reformer Pilates
-
Reformer Pilates is a resistance exercise focused on improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and body awareness. Pilates is the only method of exercise that truly strengthens you from within while aligning and toning your core and entire body. Through Pilates, you can achieve a sleek and toned body, flexibility, balance, grace, and strength. It allows you to tone and shape your whole body while building your fitness from any level. This low-impact exercise will dramatically transform how your body looks, feels and functions.
Powerhouse
-
Powerhouse - our dynamic fusion class - seamlessly marries Reformer Pilates with invigorating Cardio Boxing, complete with lightweight fingerless gloves that we provide. You just need to show up and bring the power with your punches! Coined by Joseph Pilates himself, "Powerhouse" encapsulates the core musculature, including the abdominals, pelvic floor, and the muscles surrounding the hip joint and back.
Barreformer
-
As the name implies, Barreformer seamlessly combines Barre and Reformer Pilates. Our members adore Barreformer for its unique exercise style, and the way it complements the benefits of Reformer Pilates. At inLIFE Wellness, we've crafted a robust and secure Barre attachment that seamlessly integrates with the end of the Reformer Pilates machine, delivering outstanding performance.
Reformer Stretch
-
This session will work your muscles and joints through a wide range of movements designed to improve flexibility and mobility, leaving you feeling supple and rejuvenated. Mobility is defined as "the ability to move freely and easily" and is probably one of the most underrated forms of wellness and well-being. Not every session in the studio has to be a challenging physical workout. This class is highly recommended as part of your weekly routine to improve other important elements of your overall mental and physical health, and you can zone out and let the instructor take you through a stretching routine.
Mash Up
-
Mash Up is a fast-paced Fusion Pilates class that combines a full body Reformer Pilates workout with many other types of exercise such as barre, strength training, mat work high intensity interval training, cardio boxing, band exercises, body weight exercises, ankle weights, the foam roller, and dumbbells. Like the name suggests, it’s a “mash up” or just a big mixture of different exercise modalities. Be prepared for anything as you alternate between the Reformer and floor work! Using different props adds variety and fun to your workouts and keeps your mind and body stimulated and ensures that your health and fitness is always progressing.
Super Saturday
-
Super Saturday is a 60-minute class divided into two sections. Reformer Pilates is a consistent component, complemented by elements from Streamline classes, Lift, Barre, and Interval training. Using Reformer Pilates machines, resistance training, and elevating your heart rate, the Super Saturday workout embodies our studio's ethos by promoting improved movement, flexibility, mobility, core strength, overall strength, body shape, weight loss, posture enhancement, fitness, stamina, and increased metabolism through muscle mass stimulation. We hope this information isn't too detailed or complex; it's all positive and accessible to everyone, so join us and experience the benefits!
